Bid Management (Our 6 Step Approach):

1) Open Tenders: We can suggest suitable open tenders, or you can provide a tender that your company wishes to bid on.

2) Initial Meeting: This meeting will cover the initial scope, tender timeline, and confirm that your company can meet all the requirements. We will handle any clarifications needed to gain a better understanding of the tender.

3) Bid Writing Draft: We’ll craft a compelling proposal that show case your company expertise.

4) Proposal Peer Review: The proposal will be dependently check internally or from a third party to ensure the proposal meets the highest standards.

5) Final Review: The proposal will be forwarded to your company for a final review before the tender submission.

6) Tender Submission: We will manage the tender submission on the company behalf and notify the company upon when a decision has been made on the proposal.

 

Note: Our Bid Management services do not include developing the pricing model for the contract period, as we believe the business, being the expert in their field, is best suited to determine the appropriate pricing. However, we can provide our recommendations based upon our experience.
